It's a lovely house, but there are several things that need attention: the grills and sinks are dirty, the pool is very cold, and the pool table has no chalk or triangle. The beds are very hard, and the air conditioning only reaches the room facing the pool. I'd give it 7/10.

The person who greeted us was very helpful and attentive, and the house itself is comfortable. The garden, pool, and jacuzzi area are pleasant, but the house needs more cleaning and maintenance. The faucets and floors were very dirty, as was the garden grilling area. One mattress is extremely old and hard and should be replaced. It would be worth it if these details were taken care of. I suggest the owner stay there for a few days to see what I mean.

We had a great weekend here. The house is centrally located, with spacious bedrooms, a great pool table, and water in the pool that felt just right. The manager was very friendly and made us feel completely comfortable renting the place.

It's spacious, pleasant, and feels safe, and the lawn is very well kept. I know the house is rented often and some guests may not be very clean, but that's why there's a cleaning fee. It really needs a deep clean, especially the grimy bathrooms and kitchen.

The location is somewhat isolated, with about a 10-minute walk to tortillas or decent shops. The place badly needs maintenance. There's no hot water, internet, or TV signal, and the jacuzzi needs repair.
