The location is the one decent thing about this place. Otherwise, I found it really bad and wouldn't recommend it. It feels more like an inn, with the doors opening and closing whenever they feel like it, and the general condition is awful. The toilet was broken and wobbly, and without a shower curtain the bathroom gets soaked. Watch out for the tiled table too, it tips over easily. If it falls, they'll try to charge you $1500, even though it's made of the same tiles as the second-floor hallway. The reception area is terrible. The receptionists and the woman at the front desk are very friendly, but the man working there is rude and ill-mannered. If anything valuable goes missing from your room, THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE.

The receptionist was very kind and let us leave our belongings there after checkout. We went to Tula and came back at 4:00 pm to pick them up, which I appreciated. The room costs $500 a night, checkout is at noon, and they also ask for a $100 deposit for the TV remote. The Wi-Fi signal is weak in first-floor rooms. I agree it's expensive compared with other places.

The place was deficient in every way. There was no electricity early in the morning, and no hot water. They said that's because they only have a solar water heater. The door didn't have an extra lock, the walls had paint peeling from the humidity, the sink was clogged, and the toilet had no lid. And, haha, the hot and cold taps are marked with oil stains on the tile. The shower curtain was stained too.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's your only option and all you want is somewhere to relax. The layout is terrible, and the rooms are pretty dirty. The shower was coming apart, and there were damp patches on both the bathroom and bedroom walls.
