10/10
We rested well in the comfortable room, with a very good bed, and the hotel was quiet. I stayed at Hotel Inglés in Tulancingo with my family last year after choosing it because it looked nice and comfortable online. On arrival, we found the place clean and well organized. Breakfast in the morning was a good start to the day, with tasty food and several choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. I had a very good experience and would definitely stay at Hotel Inglés again.

There aren’t many hotel options in the city, and this is a good one. It’s well located, clean, and has plenty of free parking. The rooms are basic but comfortable enough, and the prices are good. I didn’t try the restaurant, though it seemed fine.

It’s excellent, but it gets super cold inside. They should use some heaters.
