We had a smooth check-in and a delightful breakfast that exceeded what I expected. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond on WhatsApp. When I had a minor problem with the hot water, they fixed it promptly. The hotel is great value for the price. It’s a little outside the city center, but that wasn’t an issue with a rental car. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

The food was excellent, with a great menu and an amazing cappuccino. Aldea is such a cute boutique hotel, and the owner was wonderful, kind, and accommodating. Some staff weren’t especially friendly, though they weren’t rude. We absolutely loved the place and would come back any time we get the chance!

There’s a cafe on site called Aroma cafe, and the coffee and food were great. I especially recommend the avocado toast. The whole place is beautifully set up, with lovely surroundings that made me feel close to nature. My apartment was immaculate and away from the noise, yet shops and other things were only a 10-15 minute walk away. You can also rent a scooter or car. Alex and his family were amazing hosts. Alex was always responsive and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Aldea Xaan Ha, and I know I’ll be back. Thank you, Alex and co :)

The apartments are spacious and well equipped, and the cafe on the property makes a very good breakfast. The shower pressure was low, and with so many trees around the pool, it could use more frequent cleaning. It wasn’t dirty, just had a lot of leaves. Very nice place, I recommend it.

We felt safe and comfortable here, and would absolutely stay again. The bed was really comfortable, with a big couch area to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, though there are also a bunch of awesome restaurants nearby. The pool looked incredible, but we didn’t have much time to use it. We had a wonderful stay.
