The people are what we'll remember most from our final four days in Mexico. From arrival to departure, everyone at Ana y José Hotel & Spa made us feel like family. Paulina deserves a special thank you for a warm welcome, smooth check-in, showing us around, and being there whenever we needed help. Her care and professionalism made everything easy. Luis, Maria, Edgar, and the rest of the restaurant, housekeeping, security, and beach teams were just as kind and welcoming. We also spoke with the security team about the tortoise nests by the beach. They explained how the eggs are marked and protected, which showed respect for wildlife and added something special to the visit. The resort felt peaceful and full of positive energy. There was some seaweed during our stay, but staff worked hard to clean the beach each day, and we still loved the ocean views from the deck. Breakfast was outstanding, and we liked being able to choose what we wanted instead of creating unnecessary food waste. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The property is lovely, but the genuine hospitality is what made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Paulina, Luis, Maria, Edgar, and all the Ana y José team. We hope to return. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling, and the service made us feel welcome from the start. We loved the delicious, flavorful food and the DJ music that set a great mood. There was some sargassum, but it was nice to see the beach being cleaned regularly. More non-alcoholic drinks would be a welcome addition. Still, we had a wonderful time and would happily return.

Our superior garden view suite was gorgeous and spacious, with plenty of amenities, including a soaking tub on the patio. It felt like being in the jungle. We spent one night in a charming garden room after moving, but it was much smaller, offered little patio privacy, and didn't have the same finer details. Parking was easy, with practically no wait when we needed the car. The staff were warm, communicative, and accommodating, with everything ready for us and daily check-ins. The two concierge women were wonderful. Breakfast was served right on the beach with a beautiful sunrise view, and breads, pastries, juice, and coffee were included. Highly recommend!

The beach was gorgeous, with soft sand and clear water, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. Ana y Jose is right on a beautiful stretch of coast that felt peaceful while still close to everything. Included parking made getting around stress-free, and our room was spotless and well cared for. There was a small breakfast issue one morning, but the team handled it so well and made up for it with a delicious dinner that exceeded our expectations. Their service really stood out. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Being right on the beach, with beautiful views and Tulum charm, made the whole stay amazing. It's such a cute hotel, and we loved the food, especially the great breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to Paulina and the whole team for making everything so easy. We're really glad we stayed here and hope to come back.
