Nelson was the standout for us. He anticipated what we needed and went above and beyond to make things easier. Jesus and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful too. We’d come back just for Nelson, and the team made our vacation wonderful. Our shuttle mix-up made for a rocky start, but the lovely private hotel and excellent service quickly made up for it. The rooms were spacious, well kept, well stocked, and had modern fixtures and private plunge pools. The location is secluded from town, which gives you privacy but makes getting around harder without a rental car. The front desk can arrange taxis and activities, but both can get expensive, so we’d suggest researching and planning ahead.

Snorkeling by the hotel’s coral reef was incredible, with tons of fish, stingrays, and other marine life. The beach itself is gorgeous, calm, free of rocks, and feels private since there aren’t many guests. There’s also a beautiful pool, and I loved starting the morning in the gym, especially on those Technogym treadmills. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. We booked massages in the room, which were relaxing and convenient. Breakfast was delicious every day, and we enjoyed lunch and dinner at Icaro too, especially the steak tacos. The drinks were fantastic, and Ricky and the team were warm, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed. It was our second trip to Tulum, and we’ll be back to Bespoke. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We had a great stay at Bespoke. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and they replied promptly whenever we messaged on Whatsapp. There’s plenty to do nearby, though I’d recommend having a rental car. My one complaint is that the restaurant menu feels overpriced for what you get. Tulum has lots of fun family activities and food options, and we’d definitely visit again.

Being farther from the main strip makes Bespoke Tulum really peaceful and relaxed, which my best friend and I loved. We had a great stay. Nelson looked after us every day at the beach and pool and made sure we could fully relax. He was great. Can’t wait to come back!
