The condominium was beautiful, and we had an overall lovely experience. Taxis are fairly easy to find, though they charge more to get to this neighborhood because the roads leading in aren’t very good. Walking downtown or back late at night isn’t always easy either. The callejeros get frightened at night and can be very threatening.
The balconies are huge, with room to live and dine outdoors. Inside there’s marble flooring, modern kitchens and bathrooms, and wall-to-wall windows. It’s a beautiful contemporary building, and the rooftop pools are gorgeous, especially the glass-bottom pool bridge.
The building looks beautiful, but the plumbing tells another story. I stayed with a friend, and the apartment smelled so bad the whole time.
