The facilities were clean and well kept, and the beach club's location was lovely. The food and drinks were very good. Emmanuel was especially great, serving us with a friendly, attentive manner throughout. I'd recommend the club for a laid-back vibe, and I'll be back.

The staff were all so kind and accommodating, and the hotel can arrange a taxi to and from the airport. I'd highly recommend booking that service with them. It felt very safe and worth the cost. Right outside are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places, and beach clubs. Our massive master suite overlooked the ocean and had a huge balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi and sofa set. There was a huge bed, Bluetooth, a hot shower, and robes. The restaurant was just below us, with great food and free breakfast offering plenty of options. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool and amazing restaurant. There were two roaches in the suite and one in the jacuzzi, though, so next time I'd choose a room farther from the restaurant. The beach also had a lot of seaweed. It would have been nice if someone had shoveled us a path through it, so we didn't have to walk through, but that's a picky point. All in all, a great hotel, and I'd stay again.

The staff and service were great, and everyone was very nice. We picked this beach resort for a few days in Tulum for our baby moon, thinking it was in a good spot. The hotel's restaurant was a little pricey for Mexican food, but I understood that it's Tulum. The bed was hard as a rock and left our backs hurting when we woke up. Hot water was another issue. Mexico was a bit chilly those days, and we wanted a hot shower before bed, but most of the time there wasn't any. We had to guess when it might be available, then hurry because if we were lucky, we got about five minutes. The hotel also seemed a bit outdated. It was an okay stay overall, and we were glad we only booked four days. The free breakfast wasn't great, despite reviews saying it was, but at least it was free, so we couldn't complain too much. I'd recommend staying for a weekend, no longer.

Betty at reception was kind and helped us sort out a problem with one of the tours we’d booked. Our room was clean, and there was filtered water available. We loved how peaceful the beach setting felt, with mellow music even though nearby beach clubs played loudly all day. The restaurant and beach bar were right there too. We had a great stay at Coco.
