Rosalía and Karla at reception were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help guests with what they needed. The condominium itself is very nice, but it clearly needs a lot of maintenance. The washing machines haven’t worked for many months.

We rented room 46 with the cats. I’m Marylou, the French woman. I left my laundry with the maids, and now half my things are missing from the bags, including designer clothes, a dress, and denim shorts. All the women’s nice clothes are gone. I want them back. Maybe the laundresses made a mistake. This is a big scam. My belongings disappeared from the laundry, and the staff are keeping the keys. The clothes are just gone. Thieves, what a disgrace.

Steve at reception made my birthday stay unforgettable, he even sang to me. I spent a week at Jade and loved it. It’s about 10 minutes from almost everything, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They’re easy to reach on WhatsApp and reply quickly. Excellent service, I’ll definitely come back :)
