The people here made the stay for me. Everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt at home right away. It’s a peaceful little oasis in Tulum, with direct beach access and free yoga classes every day. The rooms were completely quiet, and the standard was very good for Mexico. The beach club and restaurant were excellent as well. It’s much calmer than the big party clubs nearby, which I liked. Food was high quality, drinks were great, and prices were more affordable than many other places around. A lovely boutique hotel if you want a relaxed, welcoming stay.

Abraham, Jesus, Chef Isalas, and my boy Luis were all so kind and available. We even had a great couples massage. The included breakfast was solid, especially the huevos rancheros and green juice. It’s a small campus, so getting between the rooms and beach is easy. The rooms are small but work perfectly, with A/C and a fridge. A solid getaway amid resort row, highly recommend.

My wife and I spent a week at Hotel Dune, and the calm, relaxing atmosphere was just right for a vacation with good food, drinks, and a beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to Alex, who really stepped up to help us get a lost phone back. We highly recommend the hotel.

A friend recommended Dune, and it exceeded what I expected. The beach access, safety, and service were all 10/10. Abraham and the rest of the staff were amazing, the room was cleaned every day, and the AC and hot water were great. It was easy to get a seat on the daybeds, too. I’ll definitely come back.

My partner and I had the best time at Dune last week. We woke up to breathtaking beach views and had complementary breakfast there every morning. Cooper at the front desk was really helpful and connected us with great centote and turtle swimming tours. We highly recommend dune, and appreciated everything copper did to make the stay so amazing.
