The pool and gardens were beautiful, and it was extremely quiet and peaceful. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Aldea Zama, and the front door staff were amazingly helpful. I got home at 2am on my bicycle and mentioned to the doorman that the tire needed air and the seat needed adjusting. He offered to fix it then, but I said it was late and could wait. By the time I got up at 7am, he'd already fixed my bike.
The garden is lovely, with a nice little pool, and the place was very peaceful. Most of the chairs were broken, the backs wouldn't stay up, and there were only a few cushions. We booked unit 11 through Airbnb, but it felt more like a room in an apartment than a private suite, so it wasn't the best experience. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk can arrange bike rentals for 200 a day.
Ki is in a really convenient spot, and I know there are some nice units there. But the one I stayed in felt dated, and other units I looked at smelled strongly of mold. The bigger issue was that one owner threw parties late into the night on most nights of the week, with no regard for the other residents. Security said their hands were tied and did nothing. I wouldn't recommend staying there.
We booked ten days over Christmas, then Edith Monserrath cancelled our reservation just two days before we were due to arrive. It was a complete disaster. I wouldn't book through her again.
A great place to rent in the lovely Aldea Zama area. The apartments are kept in pretty good shape, and the pool is amazing.
