We had a great time in the unit my parents and I booked. It turned out to have three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a cool rooftop jacuzzi. Sitting up there, looking over Tulum with the birds and the weather around us, was lovely. We could walk to plenty of good spots. One small drawback: there’s no filtered water on site, so you have to buy it. Several markets are close by on foot, so it wasn’t a big deal.

For the price, the three-bedroom place with a jacuzzi was amazing. Every bedroom had its own air conditioner, which you really need in Tulum. They cleaned the jacuzzi each morning, and it stayed in great shape throughout our visit.

I’ve been here for a month, and the WiFi hasn’t dropped once, even with Zoom calls going all day. The shower has great water pressure, too. The apartment gets lots of natural light, and the huge kitchen is nice to have. It’s moderately priced for Tulum, and the other guests have all been good vibes. You can walk to the center of town, and the ride to the beach by bike is quick. Super Aki is literally two minutes away on foot, and Chedraui is about five. The staff respond quickly and keep the place clean and maintained every day.

The space worked perfectly for four people and was easy to get around from. When our AC started leaking, the host responded right away and replaced the whole unit. They also brought us new sheets and a mattress.

Everything was good. The apartment felt cozy, the pool was nice, and you could rent bikes. The host was really helpful.
