It sits beside a large dirt road and heaps of garbage, with an Invasion settlement of shacks on two sides. The hotel is also at the end of a busy road, Av Juanek, where several serious crimes have happened. Check the attached video to see what the area is actually like. I’d avoid this location.

The property is in the middle of a ghetto, with unpaved streets and street dogs that chase and bite people. Security also walked around the premises with unleashed street dogs all the time, which made it feel like a prison camp. There were recurring basics missing: WiFi and electricity most of the time, water very frequently. The restaurant hours never matched what was advertised. Problems like the outages were never fixed or treated as important, despite the premium prices. The room itself was also in bad shape in those ways. Staff, especially at reception and security, seemed to compete over who could do the least while bothering tourists with $100 USD fines for small infractions. Leaving laundry at the laundromat overnight was one example. At this point, I’m sure that’s how they make their real living. WeProperty, or its representative GABO, was one of the most dishonest people I’ve encountered in travel. He lied to my face and tried to take money from me whenever he could. I’ve never dealt with dishonesty like this. Never again with WEPROPERTY. Gabo should never work in tourism again.
