Once we arrived, the property manager was attentive and kept in touch on WhatsApp. The residence itself was beautiful and well appointed, though the bed could have been more comfortable. It’s in a gated community, and security was thorough when collecting our information. Booking through Marriott Homes and Villas was easy, but the transition to property management could be smoother. I started to worry when the check-in details hadn’t arrived, then got clear instructions by email on our arrival day. We were able to get inside without much trouble.
