I've stayed here 3 times in the last 5 months, each time in a different Airbnb. Loved every apartment. The building is amazing, and the area feels cool and safe. More cafes and restaurants keep popping up, and the pool is awesome :)

It felt safe the whole time and was fairly quiet, with a great spot halfway between Tulum beach and town. There are lots of places to walk to, but I'd suggest having a car. Our unit was starting to fall into disrepair, though it could be fixed easily if the owner looks after it.

A standard AirBnB-style flat in south Tulum. The rooftop apartments have beds and hot tubs.

The place was nicer than the pictures and really reasonably priced. The host was nice, and there are plenty of good cenotes and cultural experiences nearby. You should have a car, though, because taxis will get really expensive. The "clubs" are within walking distance, about 20mins.

My friend covered the apartment, so I can't speak to the price. It was gorgeous, with fantastic service and a private chef. I can't recommend it enough.
