For condo #4: Half Moon Bay is beautiful and still seems largely unknown. The condo is spacious, with a balcony right on the beach, and you can snorkel from shore straight out to the reef. Yool Caanal is good value. It's an older property, but well maintained, from the beach area to the front gardens. The downsides are AC only in the bedrooms, though it cools down quickly, and you can't flush toilet paper. There's daily maid service. This isn't a party spot, with both beach restaurants closing by 10, which suits me fine.
