You can walk from here to downtown and enjoy the river view. It’s a nice, comfortable hotel with good service. Avoid the “PB” rooms, though, since the internet is poor there and they’re really noisy.

The front desk just laughed when I complained that the king bed was hard as a rock. My towel had poop on it, and they only exchanged it without even saying sorry. The people were rude and uneducated. The patio outside the room is dangerous because the AC unit leaks water onto the floor, so someone could literally die if they slip. This place has the Best Western name but none of the quality. It’s nothing like Best Western in the United States or the other ones in Monterrey. The pictures aren’t from here, and the rooms don’t look as shown. My king room had a window unit AC that didn’t cool. They say breakfast is included only for adults, and all minors have to pay 10 dollars.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, with air conditioning and satellite TV. The location’s handy, close to the beach and a few small places to get dinner.

The restaurant food is very good, and the staff are ready to help with anything. It’s a great place to stay. An elevator to the upper floors would be helpful.

The service is fine, but the infrastructure is pretty basic. Wi-Fi is awful and unreliable, and the price feels high for what you get.
