The food itself was good, but getting it took ages, and even ordering drinks was slow. Service felt unhelpful, the sheets were dirty when we arrived, and the pools and shared areas stayed dirty too. I really can't recommend it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. It’s a great hotel for an authentic Mexican experience, with a huge beach close by.

A nice place to get some rest. The rooms are okay.

We couldn't get hot water, and there was no working phone line to report any of the problems. The internet was down the whole stay, which seems to be a recurring issue based on earlier messages. As tourists, we needed Wi-Fi to keep in touch, and without it the TV didn't work either since it relies on internet. Check those four things as soon as you get your room: Wi-Fi, a phone with a dial tone, hot water, and the TV.

The beach is just a minute away on foot. It was clean, reasonably priced, and the pools are open any time.
