The hotel was okay for the two nights I stayed, but I was charged several dollars more on the second night. It seems the person at the desk selected dollars instead of pesos on the card machine. I complained and thought they were sorting it out, but I still haven’t seen a refund in my account. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

A comfortable family-run place in a perfect spot for visiting Tuxpan.

Tiny place right downtown. Blink and you’ll miss it.

The service was good, and we had a nice night.

There was terrible service and no hot water at all. The staff kept telling me to let the water run, but it never got hot. If you get the chance to stay here, don’t miss it.
