Being close to the beach and shops was convenient, but the shared bathrooms and common areas made this a less comfortable choice for a couple or family. We also found the service lacking: the TV was out for two days, and they said nobody works weekends. There was no daily cleaning, and trash bins in shared spaces were overflowing.

The pool stayed clean and was open for long hours, which was great after a hike. We hardly saw anyone else during our stay, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The location is handy for Manzanillo, Puerto Angelitos, and Carrizalillo beaches, and the place is comfortable and easy to get to.

For a two-night booking from Friday to Sunday at noon, it would have helped to get another bathroom clean and fresh towels. I also would have liked shampoo packets and soap, or at least to be told where to find them. That aside, the staff were courteous and attentive, and I appreciated how kind they were. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities all worked. Booking was easy, the prices seemed reasonable, and the pool was clean with useful hours. It’s near the beach and restaurants, and I had a really pleasant stay. I’d happily recommend it and hope to come back next year.

A good deal for the price, with management checking in regularly. The pool is nice for cooling off, and the location works well: Carrizalillo Beach is about 10 minutes away, while Manzanillo Beach and Puerto Ángel are around 15 minutes away.
