The pool was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location between Zicatela and La Punta worked well. Each morning the ladies made a delicious breakfast with fresh juice. The one problem during our stay was the unreliable electricity. It made the wifi, which is usually excellent and suitable for remote work, cut out, and the AC didn't work properly either. Those issues seemed temporary, though, and I'd still recommend the place.

Don't stay here. It's way overpriced, and the rooms are much smaller than the photos suggest. There's so little furniture that it's hard to get comfortable, and the internet keeps cutting out. The owner argued that it works for him, which doesn't help me when I'm paying for a room and need it to work. Customer service was horrible. A dog across the street barks day and night, so getting a good night's sleep is impossible. The location is bad too, with nothing walkable. There are much nicer, cheaper places in Puerto, so do your research.

Luis was helpful and available, and the service was excellent. When we stayed, this beautiful AirBnB felt a lot like a hotel and included breakfast. The accommodations were otherwise excellent too. We did spot a few ants in the room, so I'd avoid leaving fruit out.

The included breakfast was superb, with generous portions and fantastic flavor. They cleaned the room thoroughly every other day, did our laundry, gave us kitchen basics and free gallons of water, and even drove us to and from the airport at no charge. Luis, the owner, takes hospitality seriously and did what he could to make our stay lovely. I spent 20 beautiful days in one of the amazing studios. The location is right between Playa Zicatela and la punta, and the beach around the corner is easy to reach. The common beaches are no more than a 15-minute walk away. As a frequent traveler, I wouldn't give up the service I received to save a few pesos. I'll stay here whenever I visit Puerto Escondido.
