Capital O Hotel Meraki

The place is simple, clean, and pleasant, and the people at reception were really friendly and helpful. They even helped us find a taxi. It's in Terán, close to a church, a park, a pharmacy, and several family-run restaurants.

We never got to stay, but the way we were treated was terrible. We didn't touch anything in the room, yet they charged us just for going in. The receptionist wouldn't let us speak with the manager. A hotel should have staff who know how to treat customers.

The service was excellent apart from a few things that need attention. There aren't many TV channels, and some of the controls don't work. I'd also like regular soap instead of only liquid soap, plus hot water, especially with the unexpected changes in weather.

We won't be coming back. I travel there often because we have a property nearby, but we'll stay at another hotel from now on. The security guard on duty that night was awful. We were traveling with my young children, my husband, and my mother, and although the hotel had been recommended to us, nothing went right. It was expensive for one night and there was no hot water. He made me book a room for my young children, then wouldn't let them stay.
