We had to leave for our safety, and getting our money back was difficult because the staff were rude about it. At 1AM, after we'd stayed there, bed bugs bit me. I woke my family, and they had bed bugs in their room too. We were moved, but that room had bed bugs and roaches as well. The hotel is loud, the area doesn't feel safe, they provide just one towel, and the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Do not stay here.

The staff were friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. It's a nice, affordable hotel right in the city center, a good spot for experiencing life in Tuxtla.

I could barely sleep because it was so noisy. The breakfast was great, though, and it's a cheap hotel if you book through Expedia. There was no hot water.
