I was grateful for my stay. It's clean and fresh, the staff are friendly, and they really seem to care about you. It feels like a home, not just somewhere to sleep. My only complaint is the bathroom layout, but that's a small detail. Few hotels care this much about your stay. I'd highly recommend it, it's better than many places that call themselves 5-star.

The rooms are like Infonavit houses, and you walk straight into a tiny bathroom where I found cockroaches. I made a reservation and they gave me a gated community. When I asked whether taxes were included, they said to pay on arrival, then came out with the nonsense that the price was without an invoice. Over the phone they'd told me something different. There's no -10 rating, but this place is truly awful. HORRIBLE

The rooms could use new decor and a remodel, but they're very clean, and the services match what you see in the photos. The staff are extremely friendly, and the customer service is good. Highly recommended, with a reasonable price for what's offered.

Breakfast is included and there's parking. I loved the excellent service. The rooms were a bit small for my family, but still comfortable. Very good.

I stayed for a week and paid $350 per night. The included breakfast was delicious, and I was really happy with the service. The place is comfortable, clean, and has air conditioning. Highly recommended.
