The reception staff were really nice and helpful, and the location is good. As a hostel, it's okay, though I expected it to cost less. As a hotel, it falls short on cleanliness and attention to detail: it's dirty and poorly designed, with holes everywhere, smelly pillows, and a bathroom full of hair.

The owner was really friendly, but the bathroom smelled awful. Some air freshener in there would help, and the wall where the pillows sit is quite dirty and could use paint.

The restaurant's chilaquiles and refried beans were really good. The hotel itself is simple and comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent.

The air conditioning never cooled the room, and the fan didn’t work either. Some rooms aren’t comfortable, the beds don’t match the stated size, and the price keeps changing without feeling worth it. The pipes were broken and the showers were old.

For what it costs, this was terrible. The room wasn’t cleaned, there were no towels or shampoo, and the TV didn’t work.
