There’s no window, and we felt like we were suffocating in the room. In the morning we left the door open just to get some fresh air. The shower was all over the place, either super cold or extremely hot, and wasn’t working properly.

The rooms are quite good, and the location near Marimba's Park is excellent. It may be a little overpriced, though that seems to be the general rule here in Tuxtla. Hot water runs out often.

The rooms are nice and private, with private bathrooms, and they accept cards. Staff were helpful, making phone calls for me in Spanish and backing me up in a dispute with a tour company.

The place was very clean, and the staff were super nice and always ready to help. I had a great time, but the heat was unbearable. I stayed two days, and there was no electricity for 80% of the time, which meant no AC or fan. At first they said there was an outage, but we eventually realized their power lines were overheating.
