You really feel close to nature here, and the place has a distinctly Mexican feel. The food was amazing. Service could be better, though you can tell the people are from the village, which adds to the country experience. I'd definitely come back.

The buffet breakfast was good, though I'd have liked more variety. Service was generally good, and the room was fine except for a few dusty spots, like on the sofa.

The rooms were fantastic, the beds comfortable, and the service was great. It can get a little noisy despite being out in the middle of nowhere, since a train goes by. There's also an aqua park that looks like fun.

The kids loved this place, so it's nice for families. It is a little old, but sometimes that's just how it is.

The buffet was incredible and delicious, and the event planners were excellent. The Caracha's hotel is a fabulous place in Michoacán, México, for a vacation or a social event.
