Right in the city center, yet so quiet. The architecture and atmosphere were wonderful, and the staff were lovely. They even offered us an umbrella when it rained.

We felt safe and happy the whole time, and we'd book again with our family. Our double room worked well for two adults and an infant, and they asked whether we needed a crib. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the air conditioning cold, and there was a mini fridge. Check-in was easy, and we could drop our bags off early. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Each day they asked how we wanted our eggs scrambled and whether we wanted housekeeping to service the room. The pool area and lounge chairs were excellent, and there were several spots with clean restrooms and places to wash our hands. Staff were excellent, with local suggestions and reviews for tours, taxis, and more. The place was easy to find and within walking distance of local eateries, ATMs, and central parks. This season we did hear street parades and sirens, but I didn't notice noise after 9pm and slept through the night.

The staff were super friendly, and they even helped me arrange a little birthday decoration surprise for my wife. We booked three rooms for six adults, and it worked out perfectly. The rooms were a good size and very clean. There's a small pool, though we spent most of our time out walking around. It's an excellent hotel for the price, just a block from the main plaza. There's a parking garage a couple of blocks away, and most of the time you can park on the street across from it. They also provide towels for cenote trips.

The only thing I'd improve is breakfast, which was a bit meager. The staff were nice and helpful, and the hotel is right in the center. It has a pleasant garden and a pool big enough to cool off in. We had a very nice family stay with our two children, aged 1 and 3. The rooms were spacious and the beds were big. All in all, I'd highly recommend it.
