Valladolid has captured our hearts. This was our second visit, and we'd certainly consider staying at Casa Sisal Valladolid again. We loved how walkable the city center is, with lovely bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. It's budget friendly, with just six rooms and self check-in. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very kind. Our room wasn't fancy, but it had a charming feel and was clean and comfortable. There was a wall safe, bar fridge, ensuite bathroom, a small but sufficient double bed, a little table, two chairs, a single futon, an iron and compact ironing board, and a small coffee maker. The little courtyard has a small pool that looked inviting, though sadly we never used it. Upstairs, besides the two rooms on the second floor, there's a rooftop patio with wooden loungers, a table, chairs, and a covered shared outdoor kitchen. It has dishes, a hotplate, a sink, and a full sized fridge, plus a view of the nearby Convent. Our first night was a bit noisy from traffic and neighborhood dogs barking, but it settled down around midnight and stayed quiet until 7am. The second night was much quieter. We had a pleasant two-night stay.
