The people working onsite were lovely, though management wasn't. The place is near a nice waterfall but a long way from town, and with the high price, it just doesn't feel worth it. My room was shabby, dated, and a bit dirty. There were hairs on the soap, and the shower drain was blocked when I arrived. It took a couple of days to get it fixed. The shower swung between scalding and freezing, with no comfortable middle setting. Other rooms also had a direct view into mine, so there wasn't much privacy. The Airbnb listing was deliberately misleading about a hot tub in the title. There wasn't one, just an empty hole. The pool was kind of gross, too.

The view is lovely, and the place is very clean. The rooms are nice and practical, but the windows, beds, bathroom, and jacuzzi all need maintenance. I came specifically hoping to use the jacuzzi in my room. It costs 300 pesos each time, but there was no hot water. During my three days there I couldn't use it at all, either because it was really dirty or because filling it took up to three hours and the water was still only lukewarm 😭.

The room was spacious, with a beautiful lake view, and the scenery around the property is wonderful. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. I'd happily come back and recommend the place.

Set between Avandaro and Valle de Bravo, the property has river access and a private waterfall. The view is the kind that leaves you speechless, and you can hear the river running the whole time. The service was excellent.

Diego took such great care of us, and the view was beautiful. I loved how peaceful it was, especially the river and the lights that brighten the place at night. I'll be back.
