What should have been a nice vacation ended with a trip to the emergency room. I had to go to the hospital in downtown Valle de Bravo at 2:00 AM after bites all over my body, especially around my eyes and forehead. There’s a bedbug infestation. Don’t risk your health.

The service and attention were excellent, and I’ll be back soon. The spot is beautiful, tucked into Valle de Bravo’s most exclusive residential area among lush greenery, close to waterfalls and two golf courses. I got to visit a stupa, ride a horse through the Bridal Veil Park, explore the Avandaro farms, and play a few rounds of golf.

My husband booked this place because it was close to a house my in-laws had rented, and I honestly give it a 10 out of 10. Super comfortable, clean, great location, and 10 out of 10 for service. They even gave us hot water for my oatmeal. I felt at home, really liked it, and they let me check out late for a massage 🥰. I recommend it.

This is a very basic place, almost a guesthouse, with little more than a bed and bathroom in the rooms. Mine was dark and smelled strongly of damp, and the bathroom was dark too. The mattress was very hard, and noise carried easily from the other rooms. Some people were drinking in the hallway, and all of it came through. No one was at reception at night, and there was no one to check me out on the day I left. We followed the note they’d left and just put the key at reception. I’d stay no more than two nights, and only if all you need is somewhere to sleep.
