Hi, please don't book this hotel. There's no seriousness about reservations. My family and I had a booking for December 31 that we made well in advance, but it turned out to be a deception: when we arrived, the hotel was occupied. Neither Expedia nor Sra. Paz offered us a solution. Because it was high season, we struggled to find somewhere to stay so we could get some rest. Sra. Paz is very closed off and has no service attitude. I can share screenshots of the reservation. Regards.

A nice spot to get away from the city and enjoy a few quiet days.
