There’s not much around, so getting anywhere means driving, and the rooms don’t feel worth what you pay. Manager Sergio was poor at handling problems or making sure the reservation terms were followed. We were given whatever rooms and breakfast they chose.

For almost the whole stay, our room had no water. They wouldn’t move us or fix it, so we ended up showering in friends’ room because theirs still had water.

The road is unpaved, which could make getting there tricky in the rainy season, but I’d still come back. It’s quiet and away from the crowds, with lovely views from the terrace and restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly. It’s pet-friendly too, and they even have a sweet, affectionate husky. Great if you want to bring your dog.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff were so attentive and ready to help. We had a spacious, very clean room with comfortable beds and a terrace. I appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, and we could leave the car inside the hotel feeling completely at ease. 100% recommended!

Really good for a family trip with pets. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities.
