Hotel Ripoll Veracruz

For what it costs, the service is really poor. The cleaning person was rude and arrogant, and didn't clean properly. The service felt despotic, and the receptionist was another gem, serving customers reluctantly. The facilities are ugly and run-down. I don't recommend it, especially at this price.

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was clean with hot water. Service was good too. It's a basic hotel, and I think its location makes the 600 and 650 prices reasonable. The TVs are older models, and some rooms don't have one. Still comfortable, with basic service. I do recommend it.

The hotel is really tucked away and hard to see when you're trying to get there.

There is a vanity with a chair and a small cabinet for your things, which is handy. The place itself feels quite old, and the bathroom fixtures are very run-down. There’s no hot water. The TVs are very old, though they have cable, and the internet is decent. You can hear a lot of outside noise because the rooms aren't soundproofed, which gets annoying. Pets are allowed under their rules, if reception permits.
