It's a simple, clean room with freezing cold air conditioning, which is a necessity in a Veracruz summer. I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came daily. The location is great, the staff are excellent, and everything I needed was there for the price.

Really good price, and the location is excellent. The place is clean and quiet, with a nice TV and good air conditioning. The staff are super friendly.

It's a pretty affordable place to stay in Veracruz. We usually call to book and speak with the staff, but the woman on the phone was rude and quoted us much more than the price we saw on Booking.com, which seemed strange. Booking there saved us almost 400 pesos for two nights. There was another thing that really bothered us. We came back from a morning walk and found a woman cleaning in our room, without warning or asking permission. She had moved our things to make the bed, then suggested we go outside so she could finish. It felt like we were being kicked out for getting in her way. That's not how guests should be treated. If cleaning is daily, they should at least let guests know and ask whether it's okay to come in.
