The location is good, and the basic services include a solid Wi-Fi connection. The rooms seem clean, and the beds are new. Towels are a little small, and the shower pressure was very weak. Drinking water is available in the lobby, though not in the rooms. The coffee vending machine didn't work, and there's no coffee maker in the room.

I traveled for over 18 hours, arrived, and they simply didn't care. I'd paid in full, but they didn't honor my reservation. Absolutely awful service and experience. This happened in October 2024. Please don't stay at this horrible hotel.

The air conditioning worked fine, so I'll give it two stars instead of one. Everything else was rough: the beds and pillows were awful, and the towels felt like sandpaper. I could hear a cellphone ringing two rooms away through the thin walls. They're also building the third story, with loud construction noise starting at 7 a.m.

The property is being remodeled and looks like it could turn out great. Back when it was operating, the food was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.
