We waited 40 minutes for breakfast and got neither our lemonade nor our food. The service was horrible.

Getting to the autobus terminal was quick from this good location, though it’s a bit of a walk to the coast. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well, but it was noisy. Service was excellent. I arrived very early and they let me check in ahead of time without any trouble.

The food from the kitchen, including the included "buffet", was the one thing I didn’t enjoy. Still, I’d definitely come back. For roughly 37usd per night, my one-night stay was great value. The room was good, with a comfy bed, working A/C, a warm shower with plenty of pressure, towels, soaps and toiletries included, plus a TV with Netflix and YouTube app. The staff were excellent, welcoming, and went beyond what they had to do. All in all, I rate it a 6/10.

It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is handy, close to the bus terminal and very close to downtown Veracruz. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it has what you need to sleep and shower. You get what you pay for.

Having their own parking saved a lot of time, and the hotel is in the centro with great food easy to find all around. The room was well equipped and had AC. Service was quick and nice. THIS HOTEL IS INCREDIBLE.
