My balcony room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but they made up for it with breakfast vouchers, and the food was fantastic. The rooms are a good size and clean. I loved opening the balcony door to watch people on the busy street, with the beautiful Christmas decorations all around. Excellent hotel and location. I’d definitely come back.

You won’t get much sleep here because the noise is unbearable. The beds are only 1.9 long, so if you’re taller than 1.75, don’t book this place if you want to sleep.

The courtyard restaurant downstairs was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was small and had no windows, but it was clean. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the shower had hot water. We’d come back.

The comfortable beds and the key-card power system were things I liked. The card turns the room on only when you’re there, which avoids wasting power. Staff were friendly and helpful too. There’s no microwave or fridge in the room, and no proper closet, just a gap in the wall with a rod and hangers. The bathroom had mold, a misaligned toilet seat that was uncomfortable, and no non-slip shower mat. My kids slipped and fell, so it felt unsafe. Restaurant activity made things noisy, and there were no rules for people talking and laughing loudly outside the rooms late at night while we were trying to sleep. There’s no parking at the hotel either. You have to pay extra for a lot one block away.
