The bed was fine, the shower worked well, and the location was good. It was also cheap. But the room was dirty, with stained walls and lots of blood spots from dead mosquitoes. The bathroom ceiling looked moldy, and the thin walls let every sound through from other rooms, where people had the TV blasting. The bamboo “curtain” didn't keep the light out. Honestly, I wouldn't call this a hotel.

The location was the only good thing I can say about this place. There were bed bugs, lots of mosquitoes, and drain flies in the room. It was dirty and smelled damp, the sheets weren't clean, and the towels were falling apart. The low price isn't worth it, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We found out the next day that there were bed bugs, and had tons of bites. There were mosquitoes too. We killed a hundred in our room. It was loud through the night, mostly because of the staff. The service was friendly, but wow, I hope they get the bugs under control.

The man with crutches was very accommodating and let us check in really late. The room was just right for our couples stay, with a comfortable bed, TV, private bathroom, and a fan. They also gave us towels and soap. Everyone on staff I met was pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the historic centre and other parts of the inner city. We'd stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Queretaro.
