The location is quite central, with plenty of spots for crafts, food, and relaxing. The place itself is cozy and quiet. The showers get very hot, so it's easy to find a comfortable temperature. Staff are friendly and the service is good, though it took eleven calls before they finally removed the chain from the parking lot. There are other amenities too, like a gym that seems to belong to them, probably with a fee, a shopping plaza, a restaurant, and more.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a lovely surprise. The sweet bread was delicious, the portions generous, and our waiter was excellent. The café de olla was delicious too. Laura greeted us warmly and really went out of her way to give great service. Another receptionist didn't seem as tactful to me. In our room, there was hair on the bed and the bathroom faucets were dirty. It's a lovely rustic hotel overall.

The location is good, and everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. But the room could have been cleaner, and the bathroom was cramped and inconvenient. Maybe we were just unlucky with room number 1, right by the entrance. It was noisy all night and really hard to sleep.

Everything about our stay was wonderful: cleanliness, decor, location, service, security, and comfort. The location puts everything close by, so we didn't need a car. Thank you for all the attention, we're very grateful. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are attentive and friendly. They're renovating at the moment, but it didn't cause any inconvenience during our stay. They also offer complimentary Mexican-style coffee.
