We left after just one night. The beds were good, but the advertised extras felt like a joke: there was a coffee maker without cups and bottled water without any kind of glass. When we asked for cups, we were told to buy plastic ones from the hotel. We didn't try breakfast or pay for the cups. We'd messaged ahead about arriving late, and the 24-hour reception was open when we got in. Still, the room keys were missing. It's a small detail, but surely checking the keys is part of getting the room ready?

The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious, the prices were amazing, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the private car garage, which gave us peace of mind. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, but quite old, and the AC smelled.

We had good Wi-Fi in our room, and our breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was very good with decent prices. The car felt safe in the enclosed parking area, which has a guard. The hotel is inexpensive and nicely located, a short walk from ADO Central. There's also a large Chedraui, a shopping plaza, and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the restaurant's food was okay. This is a handy stop if you're changing buses in Villahermosa, since the hotel is just one block from the ADO station. A big CHEDRAUI supermarket is a couple of blocks farther on, past the bus station. We couldn't open the windows for fresh air, so had to use the old, fairly loud AC. Whether that bothers you at night depends on how sensitive you are to noise. The Wi-Fi was frustrating: it worked for a few minutes at a time, and the speed was really good when it connected, but then it dropped and stayed out for another 5-10 minutes.

It's close to the bus station, and the people were very helpful. The food was delicious and fairly priced, though I wish the restaurant had more variety.
