Hotel Balcón del Parque

That view is the best part, and the hotel is spotless with a really friendly staff. Everything else felt perfect to me. The awkward part was housekeeping starting to knock at 10:00 AM. I was getting ready to go out with my family when the woman came to clean. I said we'd be leaving shortly, but she seemed unsure what I meant by that. I told her we'd return in around 30 minutes. When she came back then, we still weren't ready, so I apologized. She looked annoyed and left without saying goodbye. I get that they may be trying to finish their work quickly, but a "Do Not Disturb" sign or something similar would help avoid that kind of situation. I still highly recommend this beautiful hotel! 👌🏼

El estacionamiento es adecuado solo para autos pequeños. The place itself is even nicer than the photos, and I loved it. Service could be better, especially at reception, where I sensed apathy from everyone despite having no actual problems. The person cleaning the room was the exception, with an excellent attitude 👍

The park view was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. The location and facilities are lovely, though the entrance is a little "hidden." It's a shame the service from the assistant manager was so poor. That's the main thing I'd want improved. I enjoyed my stay until they made me leave my room for being 10 minutes past checkout. The assistant manager on duty called and told me to go. They hadn't offered an extension or warned me about an extra charge. They allow only a 15-minute grace period, then start calling to hurry you out, with no offer to extend your stay or give you time or a place to leave your bags while you arrange transportation. I have limited mobility, so being put out of the hotel without any consideration felt extremely disrespectful. Management and assistant management provided terrible service. The assistant manager was despotic and unwilling to discuss anything. They just make you leave, and that's it.

The hotel manager treated us terribly and clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers. At 11:00 am, they knocked and said we had five minutes to leave, even though checkout wasn't until 1:00 pm. This was all because the room was occupied and the other guest was downstairs.
