The food and service were great, and the property is beautiful and well kept. It’s surrounded by nature, with lovely artwork and incredible antiques. Xalapa traffic is just 5 minutes away. I highly recommend this place.

During the soft opening, I stayed here and fell in love with this hidden gem. The coffee is amazing, grown, toasted, and brewed on site. There’s so much lush greenery, with incredible orchids, plants, flowers, and fruit trees. The food was good, the rooms comfortable, and the staff attentive. I can’t wait to see it fully operational.

The service was outstanding, and the trout was a highlight at the full-service restaurant, which runs from 8am to 8pm and serves plenty of food raised on the property. This is a truly special place, with gorgeous grounds, nice architecture, and a blissful cloud forest setting. It’s a perfect escape for a night or two. It sits fairly deep in the countryside outside Xalapa and Coatepec, reached by a one-lane country road. There’s zero traffic and no city noise.
