A lovely little spot in the center of Patzcuaro, with a colonial feel and a small dining area indoors or outside. The service was good, and the menu has plenty of regional and international food and drinks, all with authentic flavor. It’s a relaxed place to enjoy a meal without rushing. I’d recommend stopping by from lunchtime on.

Right on the main plaza, so you're in the middle of everything, but the closed Windows keep the noise out when it's time to sleep. The place is charming and really comfortable. I'd stay here again for sure.

The staff are wonderful, and the rooms are fantastic. I always book suite #9, which has two full beds and an extra side bed. It’s a rustic, historic hotel with a few modern touches and lots of character. Just remember you're in Mexico, so things can take a little longer.
