Hotel Marllou

Clean and very nice.

I stayed for 2 nights, and it was fine overall. The location is quite central. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly, though there was a lot of noise from the hallway and the rooms next door.

The rooms and other facilities were clean, tidy and nicely done, and the reception staff gave excellent service. The water was very hot. Since it was the cold season, they also gave us complimentary blankets.

The hotel was clean, but the service was terrible. I had a business meeting and asked the night before for an iron to press my clothes. They just said, "We don't have one," and couldn't offer any solution. Staff didn't want to bother the so-called manager, who clearly isn't a manager if he can't figure out how to resolve something like this. One employee offered them options, but they still did nothing. The inefficiency was incredible. It's hard to believe a hotel can't sort out something so simple. I don't recommend staying here. It was my first and last time.
