Hotel San Andres

We came on a motorcycle and could park it inside the lobby. I think cars have to park on the street. The place is nice, easy enough to reach even though it's a bit hidden, and the staff are attentive. There's free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The TVs are old, but for $200 pesos, that's fine. The bathroom was very clean and there was hot water.

The customer service was awful, and we won't be coming back. We couldn't wash clothes or store luggage there, and there were no windows or ventilation. They kept the room keys, so you couldn't leave the hotel with them, and took no responsibility for anything. The room booked for two people was tiny, about 3x4 meters, with no space at all. The double bed frame they gave us was sticking out everywhere. On the phone, they had said there was internet and cable. There was no internet, and the cable kept cutting out every 3 seconds.

For one night, it's fine: clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. It's very far from everything, though, and the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired for security.

The rooms were clean and everything worked well. It's a good hotel, with good security and really friendly service. I'll definitely return 👍
