A beautiful house with spacious rooms, breakfast included, a pool, and very friendly dogs. Everything was great, and I highly recommend it. If you’re unsure about the property, just be patient if it takes a while to get a reply. I arrived at 1 am, so Miss Mary took a bit to answer the door, but she was very nice and helped me get to my room.

I own Casa Xcanatun, and there’s a site listed here as our official site that’s charging about $3 US per night. I haven’t been able to get it removed. I can’t honor that rate, so I have to manually cancel any bookings made through Direct-Booking. It’s been a total nightmare for our guests and for us. We’ll keep trying to fix this ongoing problem.

The rooms are HUGE, the place was soo clean, and the food was tasty. The people were nice, and the pool was really clean and not too cold. For 2 dollars, it’s SOO worth it. If you’re thinking of going, DO IT. Best hotel I’ve ever been to, TRUST ME.

It was really good, and I recommend this place. The location worked well, with a quiet setting, no car noise, easy access, a good spot near the city center by car, and close to the beaches. The room was comfortable, especially the one with a balcony, and the bathroom was large. The staff were very friendly, and Mary was especially attentive and helpful. The dogs are very cute, too. It did take a while for someone to open when we arrived, which was annoying, but not a big deal. The service was excellent, and I don’t understand the negative reviews.
