We found the rooms comfortable, the hot water reliable, and the service good. The hotel is close to the main square. Rates run from $700.00 to $2,200.00 depending on whether you choose a ground-floor room or a suite. The downsides were a noisy air conditioner and a bathroom door that wouldn't close properly. There's no hotel parking, so you leave the car about two blocks away. We had light luggage and managed fine, but that setup would be awkward with a lot of bags.

During Xantolo, you can hear the events from your room, which made for a great stay. The hotel is one block from the main square, with restaurants, museums, and shops easy to reach. The elevator is very slow, so be patient. I didn't check whether parking is available, though it probably is. I had a great experience and would say it's worth staying here.

Mates July 23-24 The central location in Xilitla is good, but I wouldn't recommend this place for the price. During the holiday season, the only available option was a ground-floor room, and it was extremely noisy. It cost 850 euros for the wet room, which honestly didn't feel worth it.

I wish we'd stayed here from the beginning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and although the hotel looks very expensive, it's actually quite affordable.
