The terrace and its view were amazing, and the rooms were nice too. We stayed here while visiting Xilitla, and the hotel is in a lovely part of town, a short distance from the bus stop and town square. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and helped us plan different parts of our trip. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

We arrived and left on overnight buses, and Marta let us relax on the terrace before check-in and after check-out. She was lovely, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making an extra effort to welcome us and share the information we needed. Hotel Posada San Augustin is simple but good value, and it's well located, especially for visiting Los Pozas. Thanks, Marta!

The rooms were comfortable, and each one has air conditioning, which is pretty useful in this very hot area. The hotel has a pool open from 8:00 am to 10:00. The price is okay.
