Xhiara Hotel

That garden is especially lovely. This small boutique hotel is really charming, and we've felt so comfortable here. The staff are attentive and take care of whatever we need.

The staff were quick, very friendly, and the facilities look to be in excellent shape, like the place is fairly new. Entry is by reservation and the doors are kept closed, so it feels secure. The food and drinks were good, apart from the orange juice, which tasted like cheap juice rather than fresh. The rooms were less impressive to me. There's barely 2 cm beside the sink, so toiletries have to go on the shower floor or outside the bathroom. There are no irons or boards in the rooms. You have to ask at the lobby, which is also the bar, and the whole hotel has just one iron, something to consider if you're here for an event. Light also gets through the glass in the bedroom doors. The bathroom door faces the bed, so if someone gets up to use it during the night, the light spills into the room and could affect your sleep. My rating mainly reflects the service and the condition of the facilities.

We had a lovely weekend here. The service was top-notch, and the garden is just right for events. I'd definitely recommend it! 👌

The pool and bar area are really nice, and the rooms are super comfortable. Bar prices are reasonable, with excellent service. Staff were so friendly and helpful, too. It's three blocks from downtown Xochitepec, with restaurants close by.
